Purchase Terms of Agreement

 

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy​

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product and digital service, it is deemed “used” after download or opening and for services time was invested, therefore, all purchases made on www.underthegunnuniversity.com are non-refundable, non exchangeable, no cancels, and no reschedules. Digital goods are to be downloaded within 30 days of purchase, otherwise after 30 days, the link to download will expire and client will have to repurchase the digital good. It is the responsibility of the client to download their product within 30 days as stated in confirmation email sent to client with the download link. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy. Reschedules of services/events are at the client's expense. Under The Gunn University will give a courtesy 5 minute grace period from the start of a booking service. However, If client still does not show up, it will be at clients expense to rebook another meeting.

Under The Gunn University reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

 

Delivery/Turnaround time of Goods and Services​

You will receive your digital products automatically after your purchase. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@underthegunnuniversity.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
