Flex Plan Policy

UTGU Flex-Pay Option Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review these terms and conditions before considering UTGU Flex-Pay as your payment option. By enrolling in the Flex-Pay payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with the enrollment process.

  1. Eligibility The UTGU Flex-Pay option is available to customers who are unable to qualify for our other payment plans. By choosing the Flex-Pay option, you agree that you meet the eligibility criteria as determined by UTGU.

  2. Enrollment and Down Payment To enroll in the Flex-Pay payment plan, you will be required to make an initial down payment. The specific amount of the down payment will depend on the selected program, as follows:

    a. #1 Coach Training Plan (12-week program): A minimum down payment of $500.00 is required.

    b. #2 Coach & Partner Training Plan (12-month program): A minimum down payment of $1,000.00 is required.

  3. Payment Schedule Once enrolled, you will be sent an invoice for your remaining balance. You are responsible for making all agreed-upon payments on time, as per the outlined plan schedule. The remaining balance will be divided into installments and billed according to the following schedule:

    a. #1 Coach Training Plan: Weekly installments of $166.68 will be billed.

    b. #2 Coach & Partner Training Plan: Bi-weekly installments of $375.00 will be billed.

  4. Late Payments and Termination

Failure to make the agreed payments on the specified due dates may result in termination of your participation in the Flex-Pay program. If a payment is missed, you will be required to pay the remaining balance in full immediately to continue in the program. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to removal from the program without any refund owed or offered.

  1. Refunds Please note that once enrolled in the Flex-Pay program, refunds will not be provided. All payments made towards the program are non-refundable.

  2. Modifications and Termination UTGU reserves the right to modify or terminate the Flex-Pay payment plan at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants currently enrolled will be allowed to complete their payment obligations as originally agreed.

  3. Additional Terms a. All other terms and conditions of UTGU's general policies and agreements remain in effect.

b. UTGU reserves the right to adjust the minimum down payment and installment amounts for each program without prior notice.

c. Any changes or modifications to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants via email or through UTGU's official website.

  1. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where UTGU is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the UTGU Flex-Pay option, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
